【摘要】 农户是理性的经济人,是耕地经营的微观主体,他们对耕地投入的积极性是由种地的比较收益决定的。由于现阶段农户种地的单产收入不高、占农户家庭总收入比重下降、社会比较收益低,使农户对耕地的资金投入与劳动投入双下降,影响了耕地的可持续利用与粮食产量的提高。通过对农户实施当期与预期两方面激励,可以增加农户可持续利用耕地的动力更多还原

【Abstract】 Farmer household is a rational business accounting unit and main body from the micro view point for arable land management. Farmer household initiatives in farmland input depend on the comparative gains from farming. Owing to the low income of per unit area yield by the farmer household at present, the decreased ratio taken by per unit area yield income in the total income of farmer household, and the low social comparative gains, both financial input and labor input by the farmer household to farmland have reduced, which have influenced the sustainable utilization of farmland as well as the increase of grain production yield. Farmer household’s motive force in sustainable utilization of arable land can be increased by dual sides encouragement at immediate and expectation to farmer household.更多还原
