【摘要】 目的报告5例膝关节内滑膜血管瘤病例,以提高对膝关节内滑膜血管瘤的诊断、治疗水平。方法回顾自1993年5月至今,该院5例最终经病理切片确诊为膝关节内滑膜血管瘤患者的诊治经过。平均随访40个月(2个月～11a),进行疗效观察。结果5例患者全部行关节镜或开放手术治疗,最终病理诊断为滑膜血管瘤。随访期间,疼痛、关节活动受限等症状明显改善,肿胀、自发性关节内积血消失。结论膝关节内滑膜血管瘤临床确诊较困难。但是,随着MRI和关节镜技术的日异完善,为膝关节内滑膜血管瘤的诊断提供了一个比较完备的手段。手术治疗包括关节镜下或开放手术均可取得优良的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] We reported 5 cases with intra-articular synovial hemangioma of the knee in order to improve diagnosis and treatment of intra-articular synovial hemangioma of the knee. [Methods] Our hospital had diagnosed and treated 5 cases with intra-articular synovial hemangioma of the knee by final pathologic slices since May, 1993. To further therapeutical observation, the mean follow-up of all cases is 40 months (range from 2 months to 11 years). [Results] 5 cases had all been treated by arthroscopy or open operation. We got definite diagnosis from final pathologic slices. During the follow-up, they all obtained obviously improved range of motion, occasional apperance of articular pain, no recurrence of joint swelling and spontanous hemarthrosis. [Conclusion] Clinical diagnosis of intra-articular synovial hemangioma of the knee is difficult. With the advanced technology of MRI and arthroscopy, it is given a better way to clinical diagnosis of intra-articular synovial hemangioma of the knee.
