【摘要】 目的对内镜下治疗结肠息肉的疗效、安全性及治疗方法进行评价。方法针对息肉的部位、大小、形态、是否有蒂而采取恰当的结肠镜息肉切除方法。结果治疗结肠息肉378例,切除603颗息肉,均全部切除,无严重并发症。结论做好充分的术前准备、恰当选择切除方法,对保证切除成功及预防出血、穿孔、烧伤等并发症有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To evaluate the effect ,safety and method of polyps treated with endoscope. [Methods] The proper colonoscopic polypectomy was selected according to the site, the size and root of the lesions. [Results] 603 colon polyps in 378 cases of patients were all successfully treated and no severe complications. [Conclusion] In order to succeed in therapy and reduce the complications (such as hemorrhage,perforation and burn), necessary preparations before therapy and proper methods of colonoscopic polypectomy is of great significance.更多还原
