【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜下行全膀胱切除术的应用。方法2003年5月～2004年5月,腹腔镜下行全膀胱切除术5例,均为浸润性膀胱癌患者。行全膀胱前列腺切除。尿流改道采用回肠膀胱术。结果手术全部成功,无严重并发症。术后平均随访6个月,未见肿瘤复发。结论应用腹腔镜行全膀胱切除术视野清晰、安全、微创,有开展应用的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To discusses our initial experience in the field of laparoscopic radical cystectomy. [Methods] 5 male patients with invasive bladder tumors were submitted to this procedure from May 2003 to May 2004. Radical cystoprostatectomy was completed laparoscopically.Ileal conduit urinary diversion was done extracorporeally. [Results] All operations were successful and no serve complications occurred. [Conclusion] Laproscopic radical cystectomy performed completely intracorporeally are feasible.更多还原
