【摘要】 目的探讨既能达到内窥镜清洁和灭菌的要求,又能满足接台手术台次需求的内窥镜消毒灭菌方法。方法根据内镜手术病人先后顺序随机分组,单数入传统方法组,复数入改进方法组,两组各50例,每例中随机采样3件内窥镜器械部件进行隐血试验监测,来比较两种清洁方法的清洁效果。然后,采用汇日Way-win-2000型医用内窥镜灭菌器进行灭菌处理并进行效果检测。结果两种清洁方法隐血试验差异有显著性(χ2=11.63,P<0.005)。医用内窥镜灭菌合格率100%。结论采用改进方法对内窥镜进行清洁和灭菌处理,确保内窥镜生物安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the method of meeting the operation reguirements by deaning and sterilizating endoscopes. The patients were divided into 2 groups at random according to the priority order, the odd numbers entering the traditional group and the complex numbers entering the improved group with 50 respectively. Occult blood test of 3 endoscopes in each group were carried out at random for the comparison of cleaning effect. Sterilization was done by the WAYWIN-2000 Sterilizationer. There were significant differences between the 2 cleaning ways by means of occult blood test (χ2 =11.63, P <0.005). The sterilization ratio of endoscopes was 100%. [Conclusions] lt can guarantee the biological security of endoscopes to adopt the improved ways of cleaning and sterilization of endoscopes.更多还原
