城市深大基坑降水方法研究——以沈阳某30层外商公寓1—10#楼降水工程为例

【摘要】 针对某30层外商公寓降水基坑范围大、地下室底板深度不同、场地含水层富水性强的特点,采取分期施工、统筹布井、降水井疏密不一、个别问题特殊处理的设计思路,采用“多井、小泵”抽水,控制水位降深、降速的分阶段降水方法,使本次降水工程最大限度地保护了地下水资源,保证了周边建筑物的安全。

【Abstract】 In allusion to large, different floor depths of basement and productive site aquifer features of 30 story foreign businessman tenement foundation pit water lowering, we took a design idea of stage operation, unified placing and varied density of water lowering wells, as well as special treatment of exceptional problems. The stage lowering method of ″multi-well, small pump″ pumping to control water drawdown and lowering speed, made this water lowering engineering farthest protected groundwater resources and guaranteed safety of peripheral buildings.
