【Abstract】 This article tells of the necessarity of developing new ingot mould and the design of changing the bottom of ingot mould. It introduces the productive way and its result of usage. The design to change the bottom of ingot mould is made up of two parts (the ingot mould itself and the moving equipments).Its advantage is that the parts easy to be broken can be changed. If it is used for the casting of ferro-alloy, its use time is more than 6 times as long as that of regular products. The charge of ingot mould of cost of unit molten iron can be reduced by 75%.更多还原
