中药企业的SWOT分析及战略选择
The SWOT Analysis and Strategic Choice of Chinese Medicine Industry in Globalization
【摘要】 本文认为,在经济全球化的浪潮中,传统的中药行业要迈出国门走向世界,就需要实施新的发展战略。第一,加强质量管理,推进中药剂型改革,提高自身竞争力;第二,寻求全球合作伙伴,建立国际化的价值链;第三,注重中西文化的融合;第四,运用绿色产品策略、绿色价格策略、绿色渠道策略与绿色促销策略。
【Abstract】 The author maintains that, in economic globalization, to participate in international competition, the traditional Chinese medicine industry should implement new development strategy. It should, first, strengthen quality management, encourage reform and improve their own competitiveness; second, look for global cooperative partner and build internationalized value chain; third, pay attention to the cultural integration between China and the West; fourth, implement the strategies of green product, green price, green channel and green promotion.
