池段动眼神经的应用解剖研究

【摘要】 目的探讨池段动眼神经的应用解剖及其临床意义。方法经血管灌注后,观测10个尸颅的池段动眼神经及其毗邻结构和血供。结果池段动眼神经与大脑后动脉、小脑上动脉、丘动脉、副丘动脉等毗邻;90%的中脑穿动脉发出滋养动脉至池段动眼神经。结论池段动眼神经毗邻结构复杂,滋养血管细小;外伤、肿瘤、动脉瘤、动静脉畸形和手术均可引起动眼神经损伤。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the applied anatomy of the cisternal segment of oculomotor nerve and its clinical significance. Method The cisternal setments of oculomotor nerves, the struuctue adjacent to them and the blood supply for them were observed in 10 adult cadaveric heads in which the cerebral arteries were instilled. Results The cisternal segment of the oculomotor nerve abutted on the posterior cerebral artery, superior cerebellar artery, collicular artery, accessary collicular artery, etc.. Ninety percent of the mesen-cephalic perforating arteries gave off nutrient vessels to the cisternal segment of the oculomotor nerve. Conclusion The trauma, tumors, AVMs and operations may induce injury of the oculomotor nerve because the relationship between it and the structure surrounding it is complicated and the nutrient vessels are tiny.[
