【摘要】 目的探讨术后抗炎汤对白内障患者手术后血清与泪液白细胞介素2(SIL-2R)的影响及其临床意义。方法15例正常健康老人和47例白内障超声乳化加人工晶状体植入术患者随机分为正常组、对照组和中药组,中药组是在对照组药物基础上加用术后抗炎汤。检测白内障患者手术前后血清和泪液SIL-2R水平的变化。结果对照组和中药组术后血清SIL-2R均比术前明显升高(P<005),中药组术后泪液SIL-2R与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P>005),对照组术后SIL-2R水平明显高于中药组和正常组(P<001)。结论术后抗炎汤能有效减轻白内障术后的炎症反应,其机理可能是调节眼局部免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of anti-inflammation soup(traditional Chinese medicine) on SIL-2R level in serum and tear in patients with cataract after surgery.METHODS 15 normal health old men and 47 cataract patient who underwent ultrasonic emulsification plus artificial lens implantation were divided into normal group,control group and traditional Chinese medicine group at random.The traditional Chinese medicine group added the anti-inflammation soup to cataract patients with all other treatments the same as in the control group.We Measured the change of the serum and tear SIL-2R level before and after cataract surgery.RESULTS The SIL-2R in serum after cataract surgery was obviously higher(P<0.05) than that before surgery both inthe control group and in the traditional Chinese medicine group.In the anti-inflammation soup group,the tear SIL-2R level before surgery had no statistic difference compared with that after surgery(P>0.05).The post-operative SIL-2R level in the control group was obviously higher than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and normal group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The anti-inflammation soup can reduce post-operative inflammation effectively.Its mechanism may be regulate the local immune reaction in the eye.更多还原
