【摘要】 目的观察复方中药滴眼液对单纯疱疹性角膜炎的治疗效果。方法对单纯疱疹性角膜炎120例136只眼随机分为治疗组70只眼,接受复方中药滴眼液治疗;对照组66只眼接受无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗,治疗1～3周比较两组疗效。结果对照组有效率为712%,治疗组有效率率971%,组间差异有极显著性意义(U=653,P<0001)。两组达到最好疗效时间比较差异具有非常显著性意义(U=265,P<001)。结论复方中药滴眼液对单纯疱疹性角膜炎有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of fufangzhongyao(复方中药)in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).METHODS One hundred and twenty patients(136 eyes) with HSK had been divided into two groups randomly.Seventy eyes were treated with fufangzhongyao eyedrop in the observed group.Sixty-six eyes were treated with acyclovir eyedrop in the control group.The clinical effects had been compared between the two groups after treatment from one week to three weeks.RESULTS Effective rate was 71.2% in the control group,and 97.1% in the observed group.There was an extremely significant difference between two groups(U=6.53,P<0.001).According to different length of time during which the effect was best,there was a very significant difference between two groups(U=2.65,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The effects of fufangzhongyao eyedrop in the treatment of HSK are obvious.更多还原
