废弃电路板破碎中热解气体的研究

【摘要】 为了有效解决废弃印刷电路板在破碎过程中的二次污染问题,应用热重-红外(TG-FT IR)分析系统测定了电路板热解行为以及相应的气体产物.分析了线路板在冲击破碎过程中有害气体的迁移规律和产生机理.研究表明印刷电路板破碎过程中受冲击作用的局部区域,温度急剧升高,可达到250℃以上,发生了复杂的热解反应.印刷电路板热解过程中,非溴化树脂发生O—CH2,C—C,C—N键断裂,生成苯酚和芳香/脂肪醚;环氧树脂溴化部分热解发生C—B r,C—C,N—CH2,O—CH2键的断裂,产生1,2溴苯酚.

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of secondary pollution during crushing of discarded printed circuit boards(PCB),pyrolysis behavior and corresponding pyrolysis products of discarded PCB were mensurated using TG-FTIR analysis system.The mechanisms of transport and generation of irritant gas formed during crushing of PCB were analyzed.Research results show that the local temperature of PCB rapidly increases due to impacting and reaches over 250℃during crushing,and a related theory explaining the pyrolytic transformation is discussed.O—CH2,C—C,C—N bonds in the non-brominated part of the epoxy resin fragment to produce phenol and aromatic/aliphatic ethers.In addition,C—Br,C—C,N—CH2,O—CH2 bonds in the brominated part of the epoxy resin cleave to make 1,2-bromophenol.
