【摘要】 从三维N-S方程出发,用TVD格式,对瓦斯爆炸过程中火焰产生压力波的过程进行了数值模拟.在此基础上,模拟了氢氧燃烧驱动的破膜过程以及破膜前后压缩波、稀疏波对火焰阵面的影响.同时,也研究了瓦斯爆炸过程中,压力波、火焰与障碍物的相互作用.数值模拟结果与理论分析吻合较好,从而进一步验证了该程序能处理含有化学反应和复杂管道的预混可燃气体爆炸问题.

【Abstract】 Three dimensional N-S equations and TVD scheme were used to establish the numerical model that is applied to simulate the pressure wave induced by flame during the gas explosion. On the basis of this model, the process of the diaphragm bursting drived by hydrogen-air mixture gas deflagration was simulated. The influence of the compressed wave and rare factional wave on the flame wave was analyzed. At the same time, the interaction among shock wave, flame wave and barrier was studied. The results show that the numerical simulation is in accord with the theory analysis. Therefore, this numerical simulation program can be used to analyze the pre-mixed combustible gas explosion that includes chemical reaction in the tube with complex conditions.
