【摘要】 针对我国煤矿城市的不同情况,从转型调控手段、产业转换方式、转型启动切入点和转型启动时点等四个方面对煤矿城市经济转型模式进行了研究,在转型调控手段方面,提出了政府主导、市场调节、政府主导与市场调节相结合三种模式;在产业转型路径方面,提出了产业延伸、产业更新和多元产业复合三种路径模式。此外还提出了煤矿城市经济转型的三个切入模式和三个时点模式,切入模式分别是以项目开发、培养和壮大骨干企业和全民创业为切入点的三种模式,时点模式分别为急转模式、中转模式和起点模式,它们分别回答了转型的启动力问题和转型的时机问题。认为只有政府主导与市场调节相结合才是最符合我国国情的经济转型模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the different situations of China’s colliery cities,the paper carries on a research on the economic transition mode from four aspects:the transition control methods,industry transition ways,entry points for transition starting and the proper time to begin.Three modes for the transition control methods are put forward,which include government sponsoring,market regulation and the combination of the government sponsoring and market regulation.As for industry transition ways,industry extension,industry updating and multi-industry complexions are pointed out.Besides,three entry modes and three time modes on the economic transition in colliery cities are also put forward,which will solve the strating force and time problems of transition.Entry modes are based on project developing,key-enterprise educating and strengthening,and overall enterprising,And the time modes include whirling mode,middle-transition mode and start mode.Finally a conclusion is drawn,that only the combination of government-sponsor and market regulation can be right transition mode for China.更多还原
