电气石粉体的表面电性研究

【摘要】 运用激光粒度分析仪和Zeta电位仪,精确测试了不同成分、不同粒径以及热处理后微米级电气石粉体的表面电性特征。测试表明:在中性条件下,电气石粉体颗粒在水溶液中带负电荷;相同条件下,锂电气石粉体的Zeta电位高于其他类型的电气石;电气石粒径越小,表面电位越高,相对表面活性较高;在还原条件下热处理电气石粉体的表面电位高于氧化条件下热处理的样品;经过计算,电气石的等电点在酸性范围内,镁电气石的等电点为538。

【Abstract】 The surface electricity property of micrometer tourmaline powder, divided into three groups in terms of different component, size and heat treated temperature, is tested accurately by means of Laser Size Analyzer and Zeta Potential Analyzer.The testing result show that the tourmaline powder particle in water is electronegative under neutral condition; that the Elbaite powder has higher zeta potential than other species of the tourmaline; that the tourmaline size is smaller, its surface potential is higher, and its surface activity is stronger correspondingly; that the tourmaline powder heat-treated under deoxidization condition has higher surface potential than that heat-treated under oxidation condition; and that the is o electric point of tourmaline is in the range of acidity, and the isoelectric point spot of dravite is 5.38.
