齿轮有限元精确建模中边界界定的研究
Research on Boundary of Exact Modeling of Gear by FEM
【摘要】 根据齿轮啮合原理和Ansys———APDL建模技术,创建了轮齿的精确齿形有限元模型。基于数据分析结论,指出了“扩大”原始边界分析法在齿轮有限元精确建模中的局限性,进而提出了将由齿轮整体分析得到的边界位移作为“位移补偿”约束加到“缩小”模型的相应边界,以用于齿根应力和轮齿变形精细分析中。同时提出了基于齿根危险截面峰值应力等效原理的边界界定的“有效边界”法。将上述建模技术应用于轮齿强度有限元分析中,并将计算结果与相关标准和试验结论进行了对照,证明了上述建模技术的科学性。
【Abstract】 Exact modeling of gear teeth is based on meshing theory and the method of ANSYS——APDL.According to the numerical analysis,the method of "magnifying" original boundary was limited in exact modeling of gear by FEM.Boundary displacement from the full gear analysis was loaded on the boundary of "reducing" model as "displacement compensation" constraint,then fining calculation of the root stress and elastic deformation for gear teeth progressed.The method of "efficient boundary" was advanced,foundation on the peak stress equivalent principle of hazard section situated at the root.The modeling methods was applied in the FEM analysis of gear teeth strength,and the results show that the methods are reliable and correct according to the comparisons with the conclusions of authoritative ones and tests.
