微细轴切削加工特性分析
Analysis of Machining Characteristics of Micro-shafts
【摘要】 分别采用传统的车削方法和先进的车铣方法进行微细轴的切削加工试验,从切削方式、切削速度、切削力等9个方面对两种切削方法进行了比较。试验结果表明,车铣技术更适合于微细轴类零件的加工,它在改善微小型零件的切削状态、实现高速切削、降低切削力、延长刀具寿命、保证零件加工质量、提高加工效率等方面都具有明显优势,只要合理匹配车削主轴与铣削主轴的转速比,同时合理辅以其他切削用量,就可以加工出理想的微小型零件。
【Abstract】 From nine aspects,such as cutting mode,cutting velocity,cutting force and so on,traditional turning and advanced turn-milling technology were compared in micro-shaft machining trails,respectively.The results show that turn-milling is a more proper technique for machining micro-shafts.It has obvious superiority in all of aspects such as ameliorating cutting state,achieving high speed cutting,decreasing cutting force,prolonging cutter’s life,ensuring part’s machining quality,and improving machining efficiency in the machining process of micro-parts.Ideal parts can be manufactured by properly matching the revolution speed of turning and milling spindles,and adopting other reasonable parameters.
