精密装配的基准信息链模型和3D偏差计算
Datum Flow Chain Modeling of Precision Assembly and 3D Variation Calculation
【摘要】 研究了精密零件装配的基准信息链模型与基于该模型的3D偏差累积计算方法。以微硬盘装配为实例,分析了装配过程中的多约束关系,采用基准信息链模型建立了装配空间结构和尺寸偏差关系的数字化表达,给出了齐次变换矩阵和误差矩阵关系式,实现了关键特征的3D偏差累积计算。实例表明,该计算方法可有效应用于数字产品开发的设计决策过程。
【Abstract】 The datum flow chain model was researched and 3D variation buildup was calculated based on the model.Taking the micro hard disk drive assembly as an example,the relationships among the varieties of constraints were analyzed.The homogeneous transform matrices and variation matrices were presented,and the digital representations of spatial structure and dimension variation of the disk’s key characteristics were given,and 3D variation buildup was calculated.The calculated results demonstrate that the datum flow chain model and 3D variation calculation are effective in support of design and decision process of the digital product development.
