【摘要】 简述了热障涂层的发展;介绍了ZrO2陶瓷作为热障涂层材料的热力学性能和机械性能,以及ZrO2热障涂层的失效机理和改进措施;论述了梯度热障涂层的优点和有待解决的问题。

【Abstract】 The thermal and mechanical properties of ZrO2 and the evolution of thermal barrier coatings were introduced. The failure mechanism of ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings and corresponding improvements were discussed. The advantages and existing problems of ZrO2 graded thermal barrier coatings were elucidated.
