多点压边圈压力分布的理论模型与数值分析

【摘要】 根据理论计算得到了法向压力分布的简化模型,并结合有限元数值模拟对多点压边圈上的压力传递问题进行了分析。结果表明:在整个压边圈上施加均匀分布力时,其下表面所得到的压边力与施加载荷基本相等;而在压边圈上施加不均匀压力时,则得到变化显著的压边力分布曲线。该结果为板材零件的粘性介质压力成形实验研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The simplified theoretical model of normal pressure was derived, and the pressure delivery principle of multi-point blank holder was analyzed with FE simulation. The results show that the normal pressures on lower surfaces of blank holder are of uniformity and is about equal to that of on upper surfaces when the upper surfaces pressed with uniform pressures. But the normal pressure distribution varies obviously under the conditions of pressed non-uniform pressures. The results found a rigid base for the future VPF sheet metal part experimental researches.
