基于Windows CE的数控系统中断控制

【摘要】 比较了几种数控系统的开发平台,指出Windows CE是开发开放式数控系统的一个较理想的选择;讨论了怎样设计驱动程序去完成基于Windows CE的数控系统的中断控制;以数控系统实时插补为例,介绍了IPC5387定时器卡中断驱动程序的开发技术。

【Abstract】 Several kinds of platforms for developing CNC machine tool control systems were investigated and compared. The conclusion is that: as a developing platform for Open-architecture CNC system, Windows CE is an ideal choice. The main point discussed in the paper is how to develop the device driver to implement the interrupt control for CNC system based on the Windows CE. Because CNC system is a typical kind of strong real time control system, its development involves both the kernel-mode and the user-mode of operating system. Taking CNC interpolating control as the example, the design technique of time-interrupt-driven device driver for IPC5387 PC timer card is introduced.
