普通平板镦粗高圆柱体的拉应力理论的模拟
Simulation of Tensile Stress Theory of Conventional Upsetting between Flat Plates for High Cylindrical Forgings
【摘要】 传统的塑性力学理论认为,在镦粗过程中,镦粗体中心总是处于三向压应力状态。从主动变形区和被动变形区的概念出发,分析了镦粗体内部变形区的应力状态,建立了高径比大于1的圆柱体镦粗刚塑性力学模型。经过定量和定性物理模拟和数值模拟分析,证实镦粗体中心区域并非总是处于三向压应力状态,对实践生产中镦粗工艺的合理制定具有指导作用。
【Abstract】 The traditional theory considers that the central point in an upsetting body is always in a state of three-direction compressive stress. Beginning with two concepts: initial deformation zone and passive deformation zone, the paper analyzed stress situation of inner various zones and figured out a rigid-plastic mechanical model for upsetting a cylinder with H/D>1. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of physical experiments and numerical simulation verified the new theory, challenging over 100-year traditional theory of three-direction compressive stress. The theory is of significance to make reasonable upsetting processes in production.
