河北柴鸡1～16周龄生长曲线分析与拟合的比较研究
The Comparative Study on Analysis and Fitting of Growth Curves in Hebei Domestic Chickens of 1～16 Weeks Old
【摘要】 对河北柴鸡1～16周龄生长曲线进行了分析和非线性曲线拟合研究。结果表明,Logistic模型、Gompertz模型和VonBertalanffy模型都能很好地拟合河北柴鸡的生长曲线(R2分别为0.99598、0.99837和0.99809),但Gompertz模型在拟合度和预测体重效果方面相对较好。
【Abstract】 The growth curves of Hebei Domestic Chickens from 1 week-old to 16 week-old were analyzed and fitted with three kinds of non-lineared models. The results indicated that the growth curves could be fitted very well by Logistic model,Gompertz model and Von Bertalanffy model(R2=0.99598,0.99837 and 0.99809,resp.).Gompertz model was better in fitting and predicting body weight.
