【摘要】 目的了解江苏省健康人群白喉抗体的状况。方法1996~2004年在江苏省苏南、苏中、苏北11个市的16个监测点,按2~4岁、6~8岁、13~15岁、25~39岁4个年龄组,对4 497名健康人进行了白喉抗体水平监测。结果白喉抗体阳性率平均为81.99%,几何平均滴度平均为0.069 6IU/ml,白喉抗体在人群中形成了较好的免疫屏障。结论预测江苏省近期不会发生白喉流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the healthy popalation’s diphtheria immune levels.Methods 4497 healthy population’s diphtheria immune levels during 1996-2004 in Jiangsu Province.Results The results showed that the antibody positive rate was 81.99% and the GMT was 0.0696 IU/mL,it had received good immune effect and established an immune barrier among healthy population in Jiangsu Province.Conclusion We predicted accordingly that large scale outbreak of diphtheria would not occur recently in Jiangsu Province.更多还原
