【摘要】 目的考核北京市计划免疫工作质量。方法通过现场调查和采用权重分析方法,从区(县)级计划免疫工作、乡村级计划免疫工作、儿童免疫接种率、家长计划免疫知识知晓率和计划免疫人员专业水平等五个方面,对北京市18个区(县)计划免疫的工作质量进行评分和顺位。结果区(县)计划免疫工作总平均成绩达到了86·3%,各区(县)成绩为76·5%~94·2%,北京市计划免疫工作处于较高水平。计划免疫工作管理尚需进一步系统化、规范化;计划免疫社会宣传力度明显不够;儿童尤其是外来儿童的疫苗接种率水平面临滑坡危险。并对今后北京市计划免疫工作提出了建议,分析了考核方法的优缺点。结论权重分析法在计划免疫工作质量考核中的运用是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Evaluate the guality of Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) Services in Bejing.*" Method Through on-the-spot investigation and weighting process,score, and rank the level of EPI service for each of 18 counties in Beijing, which covered five aspects:county-level EPI management,township, and village-level EPI management,vaccine coverage among children,awareness of EPI knowledge among children,awareness of EPI knowledge among parents,and the technical level of EPI staff.*"Results The overall average score for the level of Beijing EPI service reached 86.3%,ranging from 76.5% to 94.2% for all counties,which indicated a high level of EPI service in Beijing.But the EPI service in Beijing still needs further systematization and standardization,as well as more effective social morbilization.The vaccine coverage among children,especially among the floating children, faces a risk of decline.The article gave suggestions on the future improvement of Beijing EPI service and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation method. Conclusion It is feasible that weighting process is used in the quality evaluation of EPI service.更多还原
