【摘要】 目的了解金平县老勐苗族乡伤寒爆发情况。方法流行病学调查和临床、实验室检查。结果2003年12月10日~2004年3月27日,在金平县老勐苗族乡,由于家庭聚餐引起食物型伤寒爆发,共发生45例,死亡1例。病人年龄最大66岁,最小6岁,病例之间有明确流行病学联系。主要临床症状为:发热,头痛,腹泻,表情淡漠,食欲不振,听力减退,相对缓脉。实验室检测结果:血液及肛拭标本伤寒杆菌培养阳性。血清肥达氏试验特异性“O”抗体阳性,“H”抗体阳性。结论开展健康教育,提高自我保健意识,改变不健康民风民俗,主动接受预防接种,预防伤寒爆发、流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the typhoid outbreak in Laomeng Miao People in Jinping County in Yunnan. Methods Epidemiological, clinic, and laboratory investigations were made. Results During December 12, 2003 to March 27, 2004, the family dinner parties lead to the typhoid outbreak in Laomeng Miao people of Jinping County in Yunnan.The first case was found on December 12, 2003 and the last case was found on March 27, 2004,totally 45 cases were found,1 case dead from the typhoid.They had epidemical history.The main symptom is fever,headache,diarrhea,bad appetite,lessoning going-down.The laboratory result was: the typhoid bacterium were isolated from case samples O and H antibody were positive. Conclusion Develop health eduction, elevating the awareness of health care, changing unhealthy folk custom, accepting preventive immunization actively, and preventing outbreak of typhoid are very important.更多还原
