【摘要】 目的通过对首都医科大学学生的调查,了解医学生对性相关问题的认识。方法采用自制问卷对该校345名一至四年级学生随机进行包括性观念、对婚前性行为的态度等问题的调查。结果性观念的开放程度随年级的增加而增加,主要表现为随年级的增加①对婚前性行为持反对态度的比例明显降低(一至四年级分别311%,247%,256%,75%);②对贞操重要程度的认可递减(分别为661%,703%,468%和400%);③对多个性伴侣持反对的人数递减(790%,765%,728%和588%)。女生相对男生在总体的观念上显得保守。调查中还显示,男女生中各有53%和115%的人有过性行为。医学生的性知识来源为科普读物及相关媒体、专业知识、朋友交流等。结论首都医科大学学生(尤其是女生)的性观念较其他医学院校更保守。受传统的“有了婚姻才有性”,“不可纵欲”的思想影响越大,对一些开放的性观念就越不认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sex concepts among medical students of China. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 345 medical students, 120 males and 225 females, 120 of grade 1, 84 of grade 2, 94 of grade 3, and 92 of grade 4, by stratified random sampling. Results The higher the grade the lower the proportion of the students who oppose premarital sex (31.1%, 24.7%, 25.6%, and 7.5%), the lower the proportion of the students who value chastity (66.11%, 70.37%, 46.8%, and 40.0%, all P<0.01), the lower the proportion of the students who oppose multiple sex partners, and the more those longing for sex. More female students opposed premarital sex than male students (15.2% vs. 8.0%). Less male students thought that chastity is not important or very unimportant than female students (20.9% vs. 8.3%). 5.3% of the male students and 11.5% of the female students confessed that they had had sex experience. The resources of sex knowledge included popular science readings, professional course, mass media, experience exchange among friends, etc. Almost of them knew well the contraception knowledge. Conclusion The sex concepts of the students of the Capital University of Medical Sciences, especially the female students, are more conservative than the students of some other medical colleges.
