【摘要】 目的　运用健康促进策略 ,在沿海产盐区建立可持续提高碘盐覆盖率的工作机制。方法　 2 0 0 2年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 4月间 ,江苏省选择赣榆县为试点地区 ,开展以组织间关系和发展理论为指导、运用健康促进策略提高碘盐覆盖率的方法研究。干预措施为社会动员和健康教育。实施干预14个月后 ,对 92 1名家庭主妇及 94 0名小学生进行碘缺乏相关知识问卷调查 ,同时测定部分人群尿碘含量以了解人群碘营养水平。结果　干预后 ,家庭主妇和小学生的碘缺乏危害知晓率、碘盐覆盖率等均有较大提高 ,差异有统计学显著性。干预后的成人尿碘中位数为 2 5 9 0 μg/L ,较干预前相比 (P <0 0 5 )具有统计学显著差异。结论　运用健康促进策略所建立的工作模式 ,可持续、有效地提高沿海丰产盐区的碘盐覆盖率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness and sustainability of the work mechanism based on health promotion in improving the coverage rate of iodated salt in the coastal salt producing areas Methods A program based on the inter organizational relation theory to raise the coverage rate of iodated salt was carried out in 3 towns/townships in Ganyu County, Jiangsu Province from Jan 2002 to Apr 2003 The specific measures included mobilization of multiple governmental and non governmental sectors, and health education for the masses by means of mass media, school education Fourteen months after the information about the promulgation of relevant decrees and convocation of relevant conference was collected, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 921 rural housewives in 9 villages and 940 primary school pupils of grade 3 and over selected in the 3 towns/townships by random sampling,and the urine iodine was examined among 60 adults selected randomly in the 3 towns/townships Results The KAP about IDD was significantly improved among the respondents The median of urine iodine after intervention was 259 0 μg/L, significantly higher than that before intervention ( 162 5μg/L, P<0 05) Conclusion Health promotion with social mobilization, multisectoral cooperation, and communication in diverse forms is highly effective in raising the coverage rate of iodated salt更多还原
