【摘要】 目的观察血液灌流(HP)联合高通量血液透析(HPD)治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选择广西百色市人民医院住院的重型病毒性肝炎患者。随机抽取符合病例选择标准的22例患者为治疗组,23例为对照组,两组均采用基础疗法,治疗组同时加用HP联合HPD。结果HP联合HPD治疗后重型肝炎患者肝功能改善,胆红素、血氨、血肌酐、尿素氮明显下降,与治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.01);治疗组治疗总有效率63.6%(14/22)高于对照组21.7%(5/23)(P<0.01);治疗组早、中与晚期重型肝炎治疗有效率分别为100%、60%、0%。结论HP联合HPD可显著改善重型肝炎患者临床症状及生化指标,提高近期存活率,在早、中期治疗效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 sObjective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion (HP) combined with highly permeability dialysis(HPD) in treating severe hepatitis. Methods Twenty-two patients were selected as treating group and 23 patients as control group randomly. Both of them were treated with routine methods whereas the treating group was given HP combined with HPD. Results The serum bilirubin, ammonia, creatinine and urea nitrogen decreased greatly in the treating group (P < 0.01). The effective rate in the treating group was higher than that in the control group (63.6% vs 21.7%, P <0.01),and the effective rate on chronic hepatitis gravis in early stage, middle stage and late stage were 100%、60%、0% respectively. Conclusion Complex treatment with HP and HPD can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the biochemical indicators. It can also increase the survival rate.It is more suitable to use HP and HPD in treating early and middle stage of severe hepatitis.更多还原
