【摘要】 目的　对高危出血肾衰竭患者应用新型枸橼酸盐浓缩抗凝血液透析液进行血液透析的安全性进行评估。方法　 19例高危出血患者行枸橼酸盐透析液血液透析 (CDHD) ,并检测血游离钙 (Ca2 + )、活化凝血时间 (ACT) ,观察血液透析前后酸碱度、电解质、肝功能、心率、QT间期 (QTc)及血常规等多项指标的变化情况。结果　透析后Ca2 + 、血pH值、HCO3 -、Na+ 、K+ 、Cl-和心率、QTc、肝功能及血常规等均在正常范围。结论　高危出血肾衰竭患者应用新型枸橼酸盐浓缩抗凝血液透析液进行血液透析安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety of a new type of c itrate hemodialysate in renal failure patients at high risk of bleeding. Methods Nineteen patients were hemodialyzed with citrate hemodia lysate without other anticoagulants. Ionized calcium(Ca 2+),active coagula tion time (AC T),blood gas analysis, hepatic function, heart rate, QT interphase (QTC) and blo od cell counts were monitored during hemodialysis. Results No hemorrhagic episode happened, and the iCa 2+, pH ,HCO 3-,Na+,K+,Cl-, GPT,GST,TBIL,DBIL as well as the counts of blood ce lls were all within the normal range. Conclusion The hemodialysis with the new type of citrate hemodia lysate is safe, especially for uremic patients at high risk of bleeding.更多还原
