【Abstract】 Along with the economic globalization and the increase of international trade,marine qualified personnel have become important support for the development of shipping industry.China is rich in human resources and has promising prospective of developing the resources.This paper analyzes the current situation of the supply and demand of Chinese qualified personnel,and clarifies that the main problem is the imbalance between the supply and demand of marine qualified personnel.Then,the supply of marine qualified personnel is analyzed from the angle of economics and some suggestions are put forth.更多还原
