【Abstract】 Since its transition,Russia’s foreign exchange regime evolved from "inner convertibility" to "exchange aisle",and then to a managed floating regime.At present,Russia is preparing for the full convertibility of Ruble in 2007.The ongoing Russian exchange rate regime reform has made certain achievements,however,it has also paid huge cost.Factors cumbering the full convertibility of Ruble do exist,so the process of Ruble full convertibility would not be easy and cannot be accomplished in an action.更多还原
