【Abstract】 The issuing of Administrative Rules for Pilot Incorporation of Fund Management Companies by Commercial Banks marks the official granting of permission for commercial banks to set up pilot fund management companies. With an analysis of the new rules’ key points, this paper emphasizes that commercial banks should make efforts to introduce qualified investors, recruit competent professionals, and regulate related transactions. Finally, the paper also reviews the United States’ experience with mixed operation supervision and, based on that, offers a preliminary judgment on the trend of mixed operation in China.更多还原
