【摘要】 目的探讨山区居民伤害的发生现况,为伤害的预防及健康教育提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,对安徽省部分山区11 128名居民一年中伤害发生情况进行回顾性调查。结果伤害总发生率为13.04%,村民伤害率为13.95%,集镇居民为10.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同性别、年龄、职业及不同文化程度等伤害发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。位居伤害前3位的依次是:钝锐器伤、跌伤和扭伤(共占48.86%)。劳动所致最多,其次是玩耍和家务。伤害致残率为10.07‰,死亡率为3.68‰。结论伤害在山区居民中常见且多发,应加强安全教育,并采取有效的预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research on the injuries of the mountainy inhabitants in Anhui for finding out the present situation of injuries among the mountainy inhabitants and to provide a basis for injuries prevention and healthiness education.Methods A cluster sampling study on the condition of injuries was conducted among 11?128 mountainy inhabitants in a whole year.Results The overall incidence of injuries was 13.04%.There were 13.95% injuries living in village and 10.67% in town.The incidence of injuries was significantly different between inhabitants of different areas,sexes,ages,jobs and education level(P<0.01).The top three types of injuries were sharp or blunt tool wounds,falls and traffic injuries,respectively,total ratio of which covered 48.86%.The main reason which caused the injuries was labour and the secondary reasons were playing and housework.Because of the injuries the disabled covered 10.07‰ and the mortality rate was 3.68‰ in this area.Conclusion For the high rate of injuries,some preventive measures should be preliminarily conducted.更多还原
