【摘要】 目的了解广州市已婚职业妇女生殖道感染及影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对不同职业3014例已婚妇女进行问卷调查及生殖道感染疾病的检查。结果广州市已婚妇女生殖道感染的累计发生率为59.36%。影响生殖道感染的危险因子是妇科普查时间>2年、人流次数多等;保护因子是医疗保障形式为公费、已绝经等。结论应通过加强妇女生殖道感染防治知识的宣传教育、大力开展妇科病普查普治工作等途径,促进妇女的生殖健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of reproductive tract infectons(RTIs)and influence factors on married career women in Guangzhou city.Methods Cluster sampling methods were implied and (3?014) different career’s married women were carried out by questions and gynecologic examinations.Results The incidence of a total amount for infections was 59.36%.The related risk factors which effected the incidence of reproductive tract infections were the partition of gynecologic examinations more than two years,the times of artificial miscarriage and the protective factors were free fee-for-service and menopause,et al.Conclusion The education of the prevention and cure knowledge about RTIs should be strengthened and the gynecologic examinations should be strongly carried out in order to improve the women’s reproductive health status.更多还原
