【摘要】 目的　了解银川地区城市居民门诊卫生服务利用情况及其影响因素。方法　采用整群随机抽样方法对银川市4 911人进行调查。结果　被调查居民两周就诊率为117 90‰;采用Logistic回归分析筛选出影响两周就诊的主要因素为年龄、性别、职业、文化程度和两周患病类型。结论　银川地区居民的就医流向存在不合理现象,卫生行政部门应合理分配卫生资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of out-patient clinic serve utilization and to analyze its major influential factors of urban residen ts in Yinchuan.Methods 4911 residents were interviewed by random cluster sampling.Results Two-week visiting rate was 117.90‰.By multiple Logistic regression,the influential factors of two-week visiting rate were gende r,age,occupation,education and the type of two-week Morbidity.Conclusion For seeking medical advice,the residents’selec tiom is not rational in Yinchuan.The Health Administration of Yinchuan should di stribute the health resources fairly.更多还原
