【摘要】 目的:评价可调悬吊式内固定器(adjustablehangfixer,AHF)治疗腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法:35例腰椎滑脱患者,男16例,女19例;年龄28～56岁;应用AHF复位固定,后外侧融合或椎板间开窗(interlaminarfenestration)或全椎板切除减压后,椎间植入Cage进行椎体间融合,对所有病例进行定期随访和影像学检查,通过影像学指标和临床功能进行疗效评估。结果:随访6～36个月,平均18个月,融合率为100%,临床疗效综合评估:优29例,良5例,可1例,优良率97.1%。内固定松动、移位、矫正度丢失1例。结论:AHF系统固定牢固,操作简单、安全,疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of adjustable hang-fixer(AHF) on lumbar spondylolisthesis (LS).Methods:Thirty-five patients of LS were treated with:①reduction and fixation by AHF;②lateral-posterior fusion and posterior decompression through interlaminar fenestration or laminectomy;③intervertebral fusion through intervertebral Cage implant.All the patients were given regular follow-up and image examinations,of which the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results:All the patients were followed up from 6 to 36 months with an average 18 months,the rate of the fusion reached 100%.According to standard of clinical effect:excellent 29 cases,good 5 cases,fair 1 case.The rate of excellent and good was 97.1%.Loosening,displacement of the fixation and the correction degree was lost in 1 case.Conclusion:Being safe and simple in operation,the AHF system can produce stable fixation and reliable therapeutic effect.更多还原
