【摘要】 目的:探讨股骨颈骨折的内固定术治疗方法。方法:本组16例中男11例,女5例;年龄39～6 8岁。按Garden分型:Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型6例,Ⅲ型5例,Ⅳ型3例。在电视X线机监视下严格复位,粗隆下外侧纵切口3cm显露,钻入导针及临时固定针,沿导针拧入加压防旋转自锁髓内钉,将骨折部位加压固定,取出导针,植入防旋自锁钉芯,扣紧尾端防旋卡,拧紧尾端固定螺钉,取下临时固定针,缝合包扎。结果:本组全部得到随访,时间16 3～786d ,平均4 5 3d ,髋关节功能评定:优9例,良5例,可2例,差0例。无股骨头坏死及骨折移位颈干角丢失发生。结论:加压防旋自锁髓内钉对股骨颈骨折固定可靠,能有效控制骨折端的分离移动、旋转移动及剪切移动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore internal fixation methods for treating femoral neck fracture.Methods:Sixteen patients(male 11 and female 5;aged from 39 to 68 years)with femoral neck fractures were reviewed in the study.According to Garden classification,2 were type Ⅰ,6 type Ⅱ,5 type Ⅲ,and 3 type Ⅳ.Reduction was performed under TV X-ray supervision.Making a side margin of 3 cm to become visible at the outside under the wide bulges.Guide pin and temporary pin were drilled.Compressing anti-revolving self-locking intramedullary nail was put into femoral neck along the guide pin to fix the fracture.After guide pin was taken out,the pin core of the fixation nail was planted and then the fixation screw at the tail of the nail was twisted strongly.Results:All the patients were followed up from 163 to 786 days,with an average of 453 days.The evaluation of hip joint function was as follows:9 obtained excellent,5 good,2 fair and non bad.Femoral head necrosis and neck-shaft angle loss did not occur.Conclusion:Compressing anti-revolving self-locking intramedullary nail has the advantage of strong fixation,as well as preventing separation movement,revolving and shearing movement.更多还原
