薄壁杆件六面体网格剖分的组装法
Assembly algorithm of hexahedral meshes generation for thin wainscot structure
【摘要】 针对箱梁等薄壁杆件的六面体网格自动生成问题,提出以下算法:在内外壳表面上,根据其拓扑关系和几何位置,采用映射和插值的方法布设节点;根据各个壳节点三维位置和拓扑关系对其进行编号;采用动态规划的方法,根据壳之间的拓扑几何关系组装内外壳,统一节点编号,生成单元。应用以该方法编制的相应计算软件对一座三跨连续箱形梁桥进行网格剖分。结果表明:该算法简单,效率高,生成的单元质量好。
【Abstract】 Focused on thin wainscot structure in bridge engineering,authors put forward a kind of algorithm of generating hexahedral meshes automatically: dispose nodes in interior and exterior shell surfaces with the mapping and interpolation’s method according to topological relationship and geometric position; allot relative number for every node according to the nodes’ relative position and the topological relationship; assemble all shells as a whole with the dynamic plan’s method according to shells’ relative topological and geometric relation and generate hexahedral elements according to the nodes’ three-dimension number. Authors take a three span continuous box girder bridge into meshes generation with programmed calculation software. Results of test examples show the effectiveness and robustness of proposed algorithm.
