西部地区水工混凝土长期腐蚀产物与腐蚀机理

【摘要】 对西部某水坝廊道运行6年的混凝土受腐蚀状况进行调研、取样,采用XRD、SEM、EDAX和激光Raman光谱等方法进行分析.结果表明,低温、高湿、硫酸盐和碳酸盐长期共同作用下混凝土的腐蚀产物是由硅灰石膏、钙矾石、石膏和方解石组成的一种稀泥状混合物.证实了在我国西部水工环境下混凝土可能发生TSA硫酸盐侵蚀,并探讨了这种侵蚀的发生机理.

【Abstract】 A site investigation was made on one deteriorated concrete with 6 years age,and this concrete component was located in one tunnel of one concrete dam in Western China.Some samples were taken from the attacked concrete and were analyzed with XRD,SEM-EDAX and Laser Raman Spectroscopy methods.As a result,it is shown that a mushy mixture consisting of thaumasite,ettringite,gypsum and calcite occurs in the residual concrete exposed to low temperature,high humidity,sulfate and carbonate for a long time.It is validated that the thaumasite form of sulfate attack may occur in hydraulic concrete structures in Western China.In addition,the corrosion mechanism is also discussed.
