【摘要】 目的观察我国北方汉族人β纤维蛋白原(BβFg)基因启动子区-455G/A多态性特点。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法测定153名大1连地区汉族人BβFg基因启动子区-455G/A等位基因及基因型。结果G-455等位基因频率为0.781,A-455等位基因频率为0.219,基因型GG、GA、AA的频率分别为0.588、0.386、0.026。结论大连地区汉族人群βFg基因-455G/A多态的等位基因及基因型频率与南方汉族人有差别,但与欧美白种人群相近。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the frequency of beta- fibrinogen gene -455G/A polymorphisms in Han nationality in Dalian Chinese and explore its characteristic in Han nationality in North China. Methods The beta-fibrinogen gene -455G/A polymorphisms for 153 individuals were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment length polymorphism ( PCR-RFLP). Results The frequencies of A-455, G-453 al-lele were 0. 219 and 0. 781, respectively; and the frequencies of the genotype GG, GA, AA were 0. 588, 0.386, and 0.026, respectively. Conclusion The frequency of BβFg A-455 allele in Han national population was consistent with Cauasians in Europe and America.更多还原
