【摘要】 对福州地区12个规模化养猪场的发病猪群进行了系统的流行病学调查,共采集64份组织病料,采用PCR方法进行圆环病毒Ⅱ型(PCV2)检测。现场调查发现共有7个场的猪群有圆环病毒Ⅱ型感染所致的特征性临床症状及病理变化;PCR检测31份病料呈阳性,阳性率46.9%;12个养殖场中7个为阳性,阳性率58.3%。根据临床及实验室检测结果证实福州市养猪场存在PCV2感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 An epidemiological investigation on porcine circovirus2(PCV2)was carried out by polymerase chain reaction in 64 tissues samples from 12 suspectedly infected swine farms in Fuzhou area during June and December of 2004. The results shown that 31 tissues samples and 7 swine farms were positive, with positive rates of 48.4% and 58.3%respectively.It is obvious that PCV2 have been prevailing in the Fuzhou area.更多还原
