【摘要】 2004年8月12日登陆浙江的14号“云娜”台风已被认定为1956年以来登陆中国大陆的最强台风。在简要介绍了“云娜”强台风登陆前浙江电网的运行情况和相应方式调整措施后,较详细地介绍了台风侵袭浙江电网过程中所造成的危害及运行人员对电网故障处理的情况。根据浙江电网特殊的地理位置和气候条件,针对台风影响电网运行的特性,总结此次台风事故处理后给浙江电网运行带来的经验,提出在台风期间进一步加强电网运行可靠性的方法和建议。这些方法和建议对受台风影响较大的沿海各省、市电网运行具有普遍的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 No. 14 typhoon (Ranamin) has been cognized as the greatest typhoon, which lands China since 1956. In this paper, the status and corresponding regulative measures of Zhejiang power grid before the landing of typhoon Ranamin were introduced briefly. In the mean time, this paper introduced the hazards of the typhoon Rananim to the Zhejiang power grid and its disposal in detail. Based on the characteristics of Zhejiang province’s geographical situation?climate? and taking account of the characteristics of typhoon, some methods and suggestions were presented to enhance the reliability of power grid. These methods and suggestions are practical for the power grids influenced by typhoon.更多还原
