质量、电气不平衡对三峡机组稳定性的影响

【摘要】 用传递矩阵法建立了单圆盘转子横向振动力学模型,研究了不平衡离心力和不平衡电磁力对三峡水轮发电机组轴系稳定性的影响。研究表明,提高平衡等级可大幅减小质量不平衡响应;而磁拉力使轴系第1阶临界转速降低11%,响应增加2倍。指出为保证机组的长期稳定运行,必须进行现场精密动平衡,并将发电机定、转子气隙偏差由5%降低到2.5%。

【Abstract】 The lateral vibration mechanical model of single disc rotor was created by the transfer matrix method, and stability on Three Gorges hydro-generator influenced by unbalanced centrifugal force and unbalanced magnetic pull was investigated. The investigation shows that to raise balanced level can reduce response greatly. Magnetic pull reduces the first critical speed 11%, and increases response 3 times as original amplitude. To ensure the stable operation of unit, it must be done to perform balance at site and reduce deviation of gap between rotor and stator from 5% to 2.5%.
