非钙基烟气脱硫技术
Introduction of non-calcium based flue gas desulphurization technology
【摘要】 使用钙基吸收剂的烟气脱硫技术是控制燃煤SO2及酸雨污染最有效的技术,但如何处理日益增加的脱硫副产品是一个重要问题。目前主要采用抛弃法来处理使用钙基吸收剂脱硫后的石膏等副产品,既是硫资源的浪费,又占用大量土地,形成二次污染。介绍研究开发的以元素硫和硫酸等为副产品的非钙基脱硫技术。对以元素硫和硫酸等为副产品的几种脱硫技术进行综述,包括负载型CuO同时脱硫脱硝技术、SRT/ISPR A烟气脱硫工艺、使用Na化合物作为脱硫剂的联合化学-生物脱硫技术、以多孔介质吸附/脱附为基础的烟气脱硫技术及等离子体烟气脱硫技术等,介绍这些方法的原理及研究进展。
【Abstract】 Flue gas desulphurization (FGD) with calcium based absorber is the most effective and mature technology to control SO2 emission of coal fired power plants and acid rain pollution, however, how to handle with the increasing by-products is still a problem. Now disposal method is usually used for calcium based absorber FGD by-products such as gypsum. It will cause waste of sulphur resources, employ a large amount of land and then cause the second pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to develop non-calcium based FGD technology with by-products of sulphur and sulphric acid. The theories and researching progress of these technologies, such as integrated desulphurization and denitration technology using CuO/?酌-Al2O3 catalyst, SRT/ISPRA process developed with H2-Br2 regenerative electric chemical cell, chemo-biological SO2 removal technology using Na-compound, FGD technology based on adsorption/desorption and corona plasma FGD are introduced.
