通信技术在电压无功综合自动控制系统中的应用
Study and application of communication technique in voltage and reactive power integrated automatic control system
【摘要】 电压无功综合控制装置(VQC)为适应分散式变电站自动化系统功能下放与集中管理的要求,并实现区域电网的电压无功优化控制,关键要具备完善的通信系统。在充分考虑兼容性和开放性的基础上,系统采用现场总线与以太网相结合的方式实现VQC与上位机或远方控制中心的遥测、遥信、遥控及遥调,并可根据控制中心的分析判断下发控制命令及进行定值的远程设定和修正,实现了区域电网的电压无功优化控制,既保证站内VQ C运行的独立性、实时性,又减轻了站内自动化后台机软件的负担。结合M CVQ-1装置,给出了通信系统具体的硬件设计和软件流程图,在工程应用中,取得了良好的效果。同时,为进一步满足网络化变电站的要求,还提出将嵌入式以太网技术应用于VQC,实现变电站无缝通信体系。
【Abstract】 Communication system is the key problem in applying voltage and reactive power control device (VQC) in the dispersed structure of integrated substation automation system and optimizing voltage and reactive power control.Taking the compatibility and openness into account, the system adopted field bus and Ethernet to structure the communication net to realize remote measurement, sensing, control and adjustment between VQC and control center, sending down control commands and regulating the fixed values from control center, thereby realizing voltage and reactive power optimal control, lightening the burden of host computer in substation, ensuring independency and real-time performance of VQC device. The design of software and hardware of MCVQ-1 communication system were proposed and worked well in engineering application. In addition, the design concept of applying the embedded Ethernet technology to VQC device was proposed to implement the "seamless communication" principle in substation.
