重庆金山隧道左洞进口端塌方及处理措施研究

【摘要】 塌方是隧道工程中常见的地质灾害类型之一。2004年2月,正在开挖的重庆金山隧道左洞进口端大规模塌方,坍塌总体积达1176m3。文章从设计、施工等方面分析了塌方的原因和处理措施。塌方后,施工单位采取了一系列的措施处理该塌方事故。在塌方区前影响区和塌方区,采取了加密工字钢、打超前小导管、喷射混凝土等方式进行处理;在塌方区以后段的施工中,严格按“弱爆破、短进尺、少扰动、强支护、快封闭、勤测量”的原则进行掘进,减少每1次的进尺量,控制每1次的装药量,及时将相关参数反馈给设计、地勘和监测单位。在经过上述处理措施之后,监测数据表明该塌方段已经稳定,达到了设计的效果。且在以后的施工中总结经验教训,避免类似塌方事故发生。

【Abstract】 Collapse is one of the most common geological hazards in tunnel construction.The large scale collapse happened in the left cavity of Jinshan Tunnels in February,2004,and the total bulk reached 1176 m~3.The paper analyses on the causes and the measurements.After collapse happended,a series of measurements were taken to deal with the accident.In the front of affected region and collapse region,measurements of densing the space of I steel,taking small pipe and spraying concrete were used.After the collapse happened,weak blow up,short footage,few disturb,tough supporting,rapid closing and diligent measure were stood by and the information was feeded back to designer and monitorer.The data of monitoring indicated that the collapse had been stabilized.
