改善三相大电流母线桥工作噪音的研究

【摘要】 研究了三相大电流母线桥的工作噪音问题。首先建立了某型号母线桥的三维有限元模型,采用棱边有限元法对原始工况下的母线桥进行了三维涡流场计算,得到了磁感应强度和电磁力等在母线桥中的分布规律。根据涡流场计算结果并结合振动噪音分析,提出了改善母线桥工作噪音的措施,并对各项措施进行了数值模拟和实验研究。通过计算结果与实验测量的对比,验证了数值计算的可靠性和降噪措施的有效性。所提降噪措施可以推广应用到其它类型的母线设备。

【Abstract】 In order to study the working noise of three-phase low voltage and heavy current busbar bridge systems, the 3D finite element model of a certain busbar bridge system is established first, and then the edge finite element method is used to calculate the eddy current field of the system. The distribution characters of magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force are obtained. After that, the improvement methods are proposed to reduce the noise, and the numerical simulations and experiments are performed to study every improvement method. Through the comparison between the calculated results and the measured ones, the reliability of the calculation and the validity of the improvement methods are verified.
