【摘要】 目的探讨华枝睾吸虫病及其并发症的超声诊断。方法回顾319例华枝睾吸虫病病历资料,按感染史和主要并发症分组比较,并对63例出院患者超声随访6个月。观察肝、胆、胰等回声改变及肝硬化组门静脉血流指标。结果华枝睾吸虫病的主要声像为肝内胆管回声改变、肝左叶及胆囊肿大。并发肝硬化时声像与对比组有明显差异。结论超声作为普查技术能早期诊断本病及其并发症、监测疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate ultrasonic diagnosti c value for clonorchiosis sinensis and its complications.Methods A total of 319 cases with clonorchiosis were reviewed.According to their inf ection history and major complications,they were separated into groupes and comp ared with each other.Sixty-three patients were followed up after their dischar ge.The sonographic appearances of liver,gallbladder,pancreas,as well as the ind ices of portal venous flow in liver cirrhosis group were observed and studied. Results The ultrasonic appearance of clonorchiosis was mainly w ith intra-hepatic bile duct changes,enlarged left liver lobe and gallbladder.T hose were quite different from the control group. Conclusions As a popular diagnostic tool,ultrasonography can be used for early diagnosis of clonorchiosis and its complications,as well as for monitoring of therapy effects.更多还原
