【摘要】 目的研究我国农村合理用药的干预策略,为促进农村合理用药提供政策建议。方法文献法。结果我国农村实施的合理用药干预措施主要包括基本用药品种目录、诊疗规范、规范注射行为、规范村卫生室进药渠道、乡村卫生组织一体化管理、合作医疗保障制度等,覆盖合理用药的制度、监管等方面,干预的措施多且全面,但效果不甚理想。建议在实施以上合理用药干预策略时,应加强监管和策略的落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze intervention strategies of rational use of drugs(RUD)and give some advices to resarchers related.METHODS Literature review. RESULTS Intervention strategies of rational use of medicines in rural areas in China which has been put in practice include the list of basic medicines,diagnosis and treatment standard,the standardization of injection behavior,standardization of purchasing medicines in clinic,integrative management of rural health organization,assurance policy of cooperative medical care,etc.They have covered the aspects of supervision and management of rational use of medicines,and the strategies are many and comprehensive,but the effects are not so ideally. SUGGESTIONS In the course of implementing the intervention strategies of rational use of medicines,the carrying out,supervising and managing of the strategies should be strengthened.更多还原
